
Dr. Jiyoon Jasmine Yoo, Pharm.D
Dr. Yoo is a licensed pharmacist and the founder of the Houston Art & Natural Science Center. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in New York, following her undergraduate studies in Biology.
She currently works as a pharmacist at OnePoint Patient Care, bringing extensive healthcare experience and scientific knowledge into her educational approach.
Driven by a deep interest in the connection between art and science, she is also pursuing the Natural Science Illustration Certificate Program at Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), where she is developing her artistic skills with a focus on observation-based drawing and scientific illustration.
By combining her background in science, healthcare, and art, Dr. Yoo is dedicated to creating an environment where children can explore nature, develop creativity, and grow through meaningful, hands-on experiences. As a mother of two, she is especially committed to creating personalized and inclusive programs that support children with diverse learning needs.

Kyungmin Kwon is a dedicated advisor and supporter of the center. As a mother of two and a background in social work, she brings valuable insight and a deep commitment to supporting children and families.
Lydia Kang is a high school mathematics teacher who has dedicated many years to working closely with students in the classroom. As an experienced educator and a mother of two, she brings a deep understanding of student learning and a strong commitment to education.
